Who Are We?

The website Scientific Employment in France is operated by the Association Bernard Gregory with the support of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.


Founded in 1980, the Association Bernard Gregory is a non-profit organisation, the purpose of which is to promote the value of training through research outside the academic world, and to help new PhD graduates from any discipline enter into industrial and business companies.

It is also concerned by the return of overseas postdoctoral researchers and the attractiveness of France among foreign scientists.


The Ministry of Higher Education and Research is in charge of the policy and working of higher education and research, the development of new technology for information and communication, as well as the policy of space. The Minister is Valérie Pecresse.
